Welcome to Online Registration for Santa Rosa South Youth Soccer Club
Use this site to register your child for Fall 2016 Recreational Soccer. You will be asked to first set up an account with Affinity as a parent. Then, you will be prompted to add your child. If you plan to coach this season, please complete the registration as a coach first.

* Families with 2 or more players: a player's registration fee cannot be below $100 so eligible discounts will only lower a player to that amount.
Payment
Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover & electronic check. Payments are charged within 48 hours of submission so please make sure sufficient funds are available in your account. Your soccer registration will not be accepted until after full payment is received. We will contact you via email first if we have a problem with payment so please be sure to enter a correct email address. If payment is not received in full, your player will not be considered an active Santa Rosa South player. No scholarships or payment plans available.
For New Players Only
You will need a scanned copy of your child's BIRTH CERTIFICATE. This needs to be in the form of a .jpg no larger than 500k. It is easiest to use your camera or smart phone to take a picture of the birth certificate. You will be required to upload the birth certificate during online registration. If you are a returning player and we do not have your birth certificate in our system, we will contact you directly before accepting your registration.
